When attempting to run the OPM-Preprocessor for 'Costing' Source
the following error occurs on the 'Cost Revaluation Parameters' form .

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field CREV_PREV_MTHD
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check Source = 'Costing' on the OPM Pre-processor Start form.
2. Access 'Cost Revaluation Parameters' form.
