After Calendar Data Fix Applied, Journals Do Not Replicate to Secondary Ledger (Doc ID 1611400.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Journals are not getting generated in Secondary Ledger when journals are posted in Primary Ledger

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journals should get generated in Secondary Ledger when Journals are posted in Primary Ledger

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post journal where source is setup to "YES" in Accounting Setup Manager (ASM) for Transfer Journal to Secondary Ledger.
2. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
3. Navigate to Journals-> Enter and query journals to post.
4. Post the Journals by selecting the Post button

 Calendar data fix was recently applied.
