Symptoms

An 'Unexpected Error' message is received when pressing the Return button from the Details page in an expense report approval notification, when the expense report has only one line.

Error Page - "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

Note, when the FND:Diagnostics profile is set to Yes at the user level, the error disappears but the FND DEBUG log includes : (Extract) :
