Improvements in iRecruitment Purge Old Data Concurrent Program to Remove User Record Instead of End Dating the Record

When running the iRecruitment Purge Old Data concurrent process, it removes the person associated with the user and puts an end date to the user record.
This can be viewed in the fnd_user table.
If the same candidate wishes to recreate his/her profile by registering then the following error is displayed:
"Unable to create the user with email "email@example.com" as this email is already in use. Please enter a unique email."
As the user creation is based on the email address, he/she cannot register again with same mail address.
