Request Salesrep Assistance Button Is Not Visible In R12.1.3 While Creating Quote From iStore (Doc ID 1612089.1)

In 11i there was a Request Salesrep Assistance button. However, in R12 this button is no longer available it is necessary to select the option Request Assistance from the Actions LOV.
Is it Possible to have a Request  Assistance Button in R12 to request Salesrep assistance instead of selecting the option from the LOV ?
