How To De-fragment ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_T without recreating?

Goal is to de-fragment ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_T without drop and re-creating the queue tables.
Current state (in terms of message data) of the Queue is as follows:

OZF is not being used but OKS is used by the business.
