Journal Import hangs in module glldjc before eventually erroring out with a signal 9 error (Doc ID 1612466.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to import a specific journal and it is erroring.
Other journals import without issue but this one request is showing the following in the log file:

ORACLE error 3114 in AFPRSR-Resubmit_Time

Cause: AFPRSR-Resubmit_Time failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Changes

 A recent failure in a concurrent manager request was noted prior to this error occurring. A previous import program concurrent request failed due to a concurrent manager issue.
