WIP Costing

Item cost got corrupted when rescrapped work order transactions During the 2nd time scrap transaction the cost is getting increased
The following steps are the activities done to reproduce a test case.

> Work order created with Assembly
> Transacted Move Order
> WIP Issue sub-component
> Moved assembly to scrap
> Scrap transaction performed
> Performing WIP Job Close
> WIP Job is Closed
> The WIP Job is closed with variances. The net variance is the diff of cost on WO and cost relieved by scrapping
> Opening the Job from Closed
> Moving Assembly from scrap back to WIP Job
> Re-scrapping the assembly
