Symptoms

Initial Mass Copy (FAMICP) or Periodic Mass Copy (FAMCP) fails with the following error:

APP-OFA-48208: Request status: has the value of RUNNING.
Depreciation is running on book XXXXXXX. Please try this transaction later.
APP-OFA-48208: calling fazgtbc for has the value of book.
APP-OFA-48400: APP-OFA-48208:
