On 12.1.3, users are unable to see Internal Sources when the deliver-to location selected, either by iProcurement Preference setup or requester's default location, does not have an Inventory Org Item assigned for that deliver-to location.
This impacts users who are inquiring about the availability of an item that is stocked at other locations but has not yet been setup for their Organization. They are creating new Purchase Requisitions when it would be better to setup their Organization and transfer the stock.
Aside from creating Organization Assignments for every Inventory item and location up front, is their any way for users to "see" item availability for all purchasable items regardless of whether or not it has been assigned to their Organization?
