Refresh Configuration Model Not Importing PIM UDA

(Doc ID 1612955.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Configurator - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : version, Runtime UI

After going through the setup in Product Information Management (PIM) to add attributes to Oracle Configurator and running the Refresh A Single Configuration Model Concurrent Process, the User Defined Attributes (UDAs) are NOT found as properties in Oracle Configurator. The same process successfully imports catalog elements as properties.

Expect that the UDAs will be imported into Oracle Configurator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility
2. Configurator Developer
3. Run the Refresh A Single Configuration Model Concurrent Process
4. Find that the UDAs are not imported into Configurator.
