Refresh Configuration Model Not Importing PIM UDA (Doc ID 1612955.1)

On : 12.1.3.31.7 version, Runtime UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After going through the setup in Product Information Management (PIM) to add attributes to Oracle Configurator and running the Refresh A Single Configuration Model Concurrent Process, the User Defined Attributes (UDAs) are NOT found as properties in Oracle Configurator. The same process successfully imports catalog elements as properties.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the UDAs will be imported into Oracle Configurator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility
2. Configurator Developer
3. Run the Refresh A Single Configuration Model Concurrent Process
4. Find that the UDAs are not imported into Configurator.
