Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Field Service Wireless/WAP
When attempting to transferring stock, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The item xxxx cannot be transferred because Execution of the procedure Transact_Material failed because the following unexpected errors occurred: Cause: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL. Action: Please contact your technical representative."
