On : 12.2.2 version, Journal Entry

When attempting to Run Add/Delete summary Accounts Program
the following error occurs.

ERROR

SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General Ledger Super user ->Setup ->Accounts->Summary
