Installation of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 fails with the following error:

Changing the database ID

Executing command: sh -c "ORACLE_SID=ORCLPROD;export ORACLE_SID;ORACLE_HOME=/u00/app/db/;export ORACLE_HOME; echo Y | /u00/app/db/ target=/ dbname=fbiebs"

Unable to change database ID

  RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.
