How to migrate 'Transaction Attributes' Setups Between Product Hub Instances (Doc ID 1613046.1)

How to migrate the Item Catalog Categories (ICCs) with versions and Transaction Attributes associated with the ICCs?

From the download LDT file of ICCs (using egocatgrp.lct) in an instance where transaction attributes are already defined and associated to the ICC,
It is noticed that the LDT file has the association details. Also Transaction Attribute definitions are downloaded along with it using the egoefag.lct. 

When these LDTs are used to upload them in another fresh instance,
The FNDLOAD upload operation is successful, however the Transaction Attributes are not visible on the UI when checked.
Also the loaded ICCs are not version enabled.
