When Clicking On The Invite To Register Link, A Login Page Is Opened For The Prospective Supplier User Who Does Not Yet Have a Login Username or Password (Doc ID 1613237.1)

Symptoms

For a new invited supplier user, when clicking on the Invite to Register Link a Login page is opened.  Since this user has not completed registration they do not have a login username / password combination so they cannot proceed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invite a supplier to register
2. As the supplier, receive the invitation to register email notification with a link to the External Access (DMZ)
3. Click the link and see a login page for the external server
4. Alternatively click the Attachment on the notification and see a login page for the internal server
It is impossible for the supplier user to login since he is just now attempting to complete the registration for the first time after receiving an invitation.
