Payment run ends in error: Error Message:BUILD PROGRAM ERROR - CANNOT VALIDATE DOCUMENTS

FND messages shows:

IBY_VALIDATIONSETS_PUB.applyDocumentValidationSets: IBY_VALIDATIONSETS_PUB.applyDocumentValidationSets:ORA-12899: value too large for column "APPS"."IBY_DOCS_PAYABLE_VAL_GT"."INT_BANK_ACC_SHORT_NAME" (actual: 32, maximum: 30)
