Symptoms
On 12.1.3, Service Request form:
The Task Details form opened with the More button has the Contacts Tab as
default, and not the Resources tab.
In 11i the default tab is the Resources tab.
The Task Manager standalone form defaults also to Resources tab
Navigation steps:
Create a service request
Create a task using the task template against the SR
Assign the task to Employee resource
Click on More button
The task details form shown the default tab as "Contacts" instead of "Resources"
