FSG Reports With Duplicating STAT Balances (Doc ID 1614434.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Stat Totals for all months are not displayed on the FSG Report

1) The Stat Account has the actual headcounts entered in Journals for the periods .  All Journals are posted.
2) The FSG Column Set is a rolling 12 months plus ADJ with YTD Amount Types set in each Columnset Column.
3) The Rowset has no Amount Types, except the STAT Account Rows, which have PTD in order to override and display the monthly balances.  

Tried putting both STAT in the Currency field of the Rowset and using a control number to set the STAT Account, neither work as required

The output shows the monetary amounts correctly with their YTD Balances in USD (controlled by the ledger i.e not setting currency at run time).
The STAT rows display the latest period balances loaded in ALL MONTHS, the prior period balances never appear and months that have no STAT balances show the latest period balances.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL Superuser
2. Reports-->Define-->Rowset
3. Report -->Run
