Duplicate Contacts Are Shown In The Customer Contact LOV When Entering A Sales Order

On : 12.1.3 version, Customer Usage

Duplicate contacts are shown in the Customer Contact LOV when entering a sales order even after applying <Patch.12932962:R12.ONT.B> which was to have corrected this issue.

Expect to see one entry for each contact.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Orders, Returns> Quick Sales Orders
2. Enter a customer who has more than one contact, and also have offices in more than one op unit.
3. Click LOV for ship-to contact and you will see all contacts, regardless of operating unit.
