On : 12.1.3 version, Awards

In sourcing award when click Submit for approval after Save award, An internal error has occurred.

ERROR

An internal error has occurred. Please contact System Administrator.

or

Diagnostics may show the following error
java.lang.NullPointerException  at oracle.apps.pon.award.approval.server.ApproverListAMImpl.getFndUserName(ApproverListAMImpl.java:1775)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Award Summary Status: Award in process
2. click Submit for approval after Save award
get error:
An internal error has occurred. Please contact System Administrator.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve award
