Depot Repair - Unable To Process Logistics Lines After Applying Patch Patch 17792179:R12.CSD.B

On : 12.1.3 version, Logistics Management
When attempting to process the logistics line on a Depot Repair order the following error occurs.
The system cannot find a valid account for the specified Bill-To / Ship-To address and Operating unit.
The Order is not created.
The error can occur after application of Patch 17792179:R12.CSD.B.
An RMA can be processed without error in Order Management.
Steps To Reproduce
- Create a Service Request and Repair Order. Return and Ship lines are created
- Attempt to Auto Process the Return Line to Booked.
- Error is thrown.
