12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface

When attempting to submit Quote for approval, the following error occurs.

Error

APP-236138: Error returned in ASO_APR_INT.GET_ALL_APPROVERS.
APP-236139: ORA-20001: The approver identified by the following parameters is invalid: wf_roles name <FND user name>.
Please delete or replace this approver wherever they occur in AME data,including approval groups, list-modification conditions, and substitution actions.
