On : 12.1.3 version
While in the sales order form, user enters an order line and then Right clicks and selects Shipment--Get Ship Method or Choose Ship Method.
This "Get Ship Method" or "Choose Ship Method" action between EBS and OTM fails with: "Failed to rate shipments". The debug file shows the following error:
==> Issue is consistent across all orders with the error "Failed to rate shipments" in the log file.
==> Issue occurs for both internal and standard orders. In both cases the error is the same.
==> Still get error "Failed to rate shipments" in the log file even after order booking.
==> Currency is USD in both applications.
==> Customer IDs are available in OTM
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quick Sales order
2. Query for order
3. Cursor on Header
4. Right click and select Shipment--Get Ship Method.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rate the shipments
