Unable to update an second Dependent and Beneficiary contact when an update for a first Dependent and Beneficiary contact is pending approval
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Update dependent details (custom function - seeded is "Personal Information")
3. See 2 records in the Dependent and Beneficiary section.
4. Update the first record and submit to approval
5. Select the second record, the Update button is disabled.
