Bank Name and Branch Name are Null After Entering and Saving New Bank Details (Doc ID 1615728.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, FC UI Components

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank Name and Branch Name entered when creating new bank account details are not saved successfully. When the new account is reviewed the fields are null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to create new bank account details and successfully save the Bank Name and Branch Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Receivables > Customers > Customers > Site > Details > Payment Details
2. Bank Accounts > Create (B)

Country : null

Create New Bank and Create New Branch is Checked


3. Enter bank Details and Apply (B)

4. Click Apply.
Error Message will popup

'A value must be entered for Country'

A Country is entered. Click Apply and Save.
Information is saved. Save again in the Payment Details (ST)

 

5. Review the Bank Account information BUT Bank Name and Branch Name are Null. The values entered at the time of creation have not been saved
