On : 11.5.10.2 version Email Center.

Actual Behavior

When attempting to send email messages from Email Center after replacing server machines, email message do not go out.

Additionally, when starting hte Outbox Processor, it will not start.

Expected Behavior

Email messages should be sent out

The application Server had been replaced by a new machine.
