Performance Appraisal Form is not Opening from Employee's Login after Select Update Button (Doc ID 1615778.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals

When attempting to update Appraisals, the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Performance Management
3 My Appraisals
4. Click on update Icon and getting above error.
