Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, LPN Management

We use outbound operation plan to consolidate sales order pick/drop tasks from same deliveries.

Therefore while dropping multi-line deliveries in consolidation locators ,system automatically suggests the first task/LPN
 dropped in a locator as the "Drop LPN" for the subsequent tasks/LPNs. This helps to consolidate all the picking tasks/delivery lines inside the first
LPN dropped in a specific locator for the same delivery.

The Outbound operation Plan is set as"LPN based consolidation in consolidation locator, within delivery in staging lane" 

After upgrading to 12.1.3 , system intermittently showing following two error messages while dropping the tasks inside first LPN.

ERROR

"Multiple Deliveries can be commingled in an LPN that resides in Staging locator. |WMS_DEV_REQ_FAIL|WMS_INVOKE_ERR"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup output Delivery consolidation
2. Perform Load and Drop
3. Users receive error during drop.
