PHONE INFO MISSING ON AUTO SR'S CREATED FROM EMAIL CENTER

When creating a service request through email, the Contact phone details are not coming up on the Service Request form.
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an email to an account in email center
2. The SR gets created without the contact phone number
