Symptoms

Problem

In Quoting FORMS UI or HTML UI, when the User attempts to create a new quote by adding an item, the following error occurs :-

APP-236051: An Unexpected error has occured during processing of the ASO_QUOTE_HEADER information

The log file shows the following error :-

Routine:QP_PREQ_GRP.INSERT_LDETS2 ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-01403: no data found


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Quoting
  2. Navigation: Quote
  3. Create a new quote
  4. Attempt to add lines
  5. Receive error
