Unable to Enter a Subscription Duration of Less than One Month on a Sales Order Line (Doc ID 1616269.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering a Sales Order line for a Subscription Item the Duration of the Subscription is being changed immediately after being entered by the user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the duration to remain as entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a Sales Order line for a Subscription Item with the following Dates:
  Service Start Date: 23-Dec-2013
  Service End Date: 30-Dec-2013
2. As soon as you tab from the End Date field it will be updated to 22-Jan-2014
  and the Service Duration and Service Period fields are populated with 1 and
  Month respectively.

Due to this issue, users cannot enter the duration of the Subscription as required.
