Wrong Caching Causing Bug During Responsibility Context Switching (Doc ID 1616466.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Menu exclusion during responsibility context switching is not applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect menu exclusion to be applied during responsibility switching.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Created a menu exclusion for XX Manager Self-Service to exclude Manager 360-Degree Appraisal.

1. First navigate to function Manager Self-Service. Here able to see both Standard and 360-Degree Appraisal.
2. Navigate to XX Manager Self-Service. Here able to see only Standard Appraisal.

    However the reported issue happens for Employee Self-Service.

    Created a menu exclusion for XX Employee Self-Service to exclude 360-Degree Appraisal.


1. First navigate to function Employee Self-Service. Here able to see Self, Standard and 360-Degree Appraisal.
2. Navigate to XX Employee Self-Service. Here able to see Self, Standard and 360-Degree Appraisal, ie, menu exclusion does not take effect.

Logout and log back in .
Now in XX Employee Self-Service, 360-Degree Appraisal is not shown , menu exclusion is applied.

BUSINESS IMPACT
This is a bug in the system and is causing confusion to the users
