PatchWizard Does Not Find Certain Patches During Patch Download (Doc ID 1616640.1)

While reviewing PatchWizard reports on an E-Business suite 12.1.3 instance, you may notice that certain required patches are not listed. Although these patches are listed in the, the PatchWizard report would not show them as required. One of the common patches identified are: 

hr_pf R12.HR_PF.B.3(9114911)
pj_pf R12.PJ_PF.B.3(9147711)

This is a sample list of patches. There may also be other patches as well.


 No change. This could occur on any E-Business suite 12.1.3
