Symptoms

The following error is encountered when clicking "Service Details" button when creating a new Web Service



Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Communication Management> Web Services
2. Click on New button
3. Enter "Test" for WSDL Document
4. Click on "Service Details" button
