Symptoms
When trying to Terminate a Service Contract line, the following error is encountered.
Error
ORA-00600: internal error code argument: 13009, [5000], [1], [17],[1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] in package OKC_TERMINATE_PVT procedure terminate_cle
Steps to Reproduce
1. Using a Service Contract Manager responsibility, navigate to the LaunchPad.
2. Query an Active Service Contract, select a line and attempt to Terminate it.
3. Observe the ORA-00600 error.
