Symptoms

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Launch Task Release" program should leave the tasks uncartonized when they stay as "Unreleased". They should only cartonize when the tasks are released from "Unreleased" to "Pending".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. When using Pull Replenishment with Cartonization (at Task Release), pick release will create picking tasks and replenishment tasks for insufficient inventory in the picking subinventory.
  2. All the tasks are in an Unreleased status.
  3. When runx "Launch Task Release" for the Unreleased sales order, with a Task Release setup as "All task in a carton group are replenished" checked, it checks to see if the delivery (carton group) is all complete before it releases the tasks to "Pending".
  4. Since there is a replenishment task for some of the lines, it does not release the tasks "Pending" which is expected. However, even though the tasks are still Unreleased, the picking tasks become cartonized, which is not expected.
