Rate Inquiry Having Issues In Saving Criterias / Changes To Saved Query

Symptoms
Editing and saving the commodities line of the RIQ Saved query does not work correctly. It does not save the values and updation does not happen
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to the Main screen in OTM and click on the Smart link: Rates.
Use an existing saved query (which has details populated in the commodities section).
Edit the Commodities section (Change the Weight, volume and ship units).
Save the modified criteria in the commodities section.
The data in the commodities section does not reflect the new data and continues to show the old data.
When clicked on Search button, it would show error saying that important details like Volume, etc. is missing.
When you select an other saved query and come back to the previously access saved query, it reflects old data and new data that was entered as part of change in search criteria is gone.
