Interface Trip Stop Fails With Error 'Price Was Not Found On Price List' (Doc ID 1617549.1)

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.


When attempting to interface deliveries for a specific item, the following error occurrs

1. Price was not found on price list <price list name>  for this item <item name>
2. Warning: Cannot retrieve price list from bill-to site information IC or from customer with customer number &CUST_NO and customer name <Customer Name>
  Action: Please use Define Customer form to enter the price list information for the customer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav->shipping->interfaces->run
2 Run interface trip stop for the problematic delivery
3. ITS completes with warning
4. Review the OM Order Information report, see the errors under MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE
