Customer Debit Authorization Entry: Pick Customer Adress Does Not Show OU (Doc ID 1617747.1)

On : 12.0.6 version, Customers Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Customer Screen when entering the Debit Autorization, the Customer Address needs to be picked. The LOV shows the address three times, but no other criteria to distinguish.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to see more details for each record, so we can distinguish between the records.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer details -> Payment Details tab
2. Enter Debit Authorization details and open the Customer Address LOV
3. Search for a customer that has the same address attached to different sites.
