Symptoms
Attempting to When Trying To Use Ar_cm_api_pub.apply_on_account API On CLOSED Invoices the following error occurs:
1. APPLY : ORA-01403: no data found
2. ORA-01403: no data found in Package AR_CM_API_PUB Procedure Apply_on_account
NOTE:
The Credit Memo application to closed invoices is working properly in the Transactions Applications window, after the Show Closed Invoice Check Box is checked.
Navigate Tools and Check Show Closed Invoices.
