Running adstpall.sh Script Fails With Timed out Error Due To Desired Stack Size Exceeded Process Limit (Doc ID 1617999.1)

Symptoms

On EBS 12.1.2, new cloned instance,

adstpall.sh script is failing to stop applications. Log file shows the following error:

File Name = adstpall.log
See following :

Executing service control script:
...../admin/scripts/adformsctl.sh stop
Timeout specified in context file: 100 second(s)

script returned:

ERROR : Timed out( 100000 ): Interrupted Exception

You are running adformsctl.sh version 120.16
