Symptoms

When trying to create a requisition in iProcurement using punchout, and the Deliver-to location is incorrect or missing, the following error is shown:

Item <description> is not purchasable for the destination specified. Please select another item or contact your purchasing administrator

Applied <Patch 17311349>:R12.ICX.B but still getting the same error as per <Note 1581818.1>
