Symptoms

After upgrading from 11i to Release 12.1.3, in Prospective Supplier registration and Invite Supplier, the URL keeps re-directing to the internal server.


Steps To Reproduce
1. Configure DMZ.
2. Try to register a Prospective Supplier.
