AGIS Outbound Transaction Screen Does Not Display Account Segment Descriptions (Doc ID 1618550.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS General Ledger

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
AGIS Outbound Transaction screen does not display account segment descriptions

On the outbound transaction screen in AGIS (Intercompany Super User > Transactions > Outbound), query a transaction and then view details), the account string for that transaction does not display the descriptions to the accounting segment.

For example:
XXXX.XXXXXXX.XXXX......
Displays Legal Entity.Profit Centre.Account....

Rather than,
My legal Entity, My Profit Centre, My Account.....

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the accounting flexfield to display the segment values not the segment names

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. AGIS (Intercompany Super User > Transactions > Outbound),
2, Query a transaction
3. Then view details
