Not Able to Update the PO Number Field in Transaction Details for All Records (Doc ID 1618563.1)

In the Transaction Details screen, the following fields are not updateable:

PO Number
PO Revision
Expiration Date

Steps to Reproduce:
: Collection Agent
: Transactions Tab > Transaction Details
Try to update the PO fields, for imported transactions.

These fields are updateable only if the invoice was manually created in Receivables.
