Debrief HTML IS Giving Java Exception Error When Click Show Item In Material (Doc ID 1618650.1)

When attempting to expand the material install line in Debrief (by click on +(show) sign), the following error occurs.

Exception Details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a service request.
2. Create task from template.
3. Assign the task to the technician.
4. Click on Debrief button on SR form.
5. Enter the labor line.
6. Enter the material line.
7. Change the task assignment status "completed"
8. Submit the debrief (click on Apply).
9. While the debrief status is pending, the material line is greyed out. Click on + (shown) sign to see the additional details of the material line.
10. After clicking on the + sign we are getting the error.

It is the same case when the debrief is completed.
After debrief is completed, open the Debrief HTML form again using the debrief button on the SR form, it opens the Debrief HTML form.
