Symptoms

When opening the Financial Report Template Editor and Financial Report Submission through the Report manager responsibility the following error occurs:

 "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance."


Further on clicking on the List Of Values (LOV) button for Report Name, the following error results:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation
