R12.2.3: Stale Data Error When Selecting the Operating Unit on Purchasing Options Screen (Doc ID 1618884.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.3 version, Setups

When opening the Purchasing Options screen, some CLM related columns appears instead of the Purchasing setups.
When attempting to select the operating unit, the following error occurs.

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).


Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Setup- Organizations- Purchasing Options
2. The Purchasing Options opens but it show some CLM related columns not the purchasing ones
3. Attempt to select the Operating Unit-> error occurs
