Getting the below error, when clicking on the button 'Transact Material' from Batch Details form
ERROR

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE.
ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a batch
2. Batch detail form
3. click Transact material
